I can't believe I never posted anything about my day, or half a day with Fadhillah. Wonder what was occupying my time. It was mostly ice-cream and girl-talk that day. We went to Haagen Daz, for ice-cream. I must say, working there does have it's advantages. I was only charged 50% of what I should have paid. My boss rocks! Hahaha. Well, Aside from that, we were cam-whoring and laughing the whole time. I missed spending time with her. We're like in one crazy bubble of our own. Many people think we're related somehow, and I guess we are, in a funky way. She's crazy, I'm wild and somehow, I keep her grounded and she lifts me up.

HAAGEN DAZ

We love mirrors!
I'm gonna end here, by saying she's a darling, and that I miss her plenty plenty!!! =)

I'm Sorry

Guess I should have been fine,
but somehow, we all break down,
the barriers all crumble sometime,
by then the damage is done.

I can't turn back time,
erase all the past, bad memories,
regret from my mind.
today was supposed to be just fine.

So now I'm back, where I used to be,
alone and upset,
wondering, what on earth is wrong with me,
cause nothing I do is working out right.

Didn't mean to make u mad,
the one person I hate to see angry or sad,
especially since it was my fault,
wish I could take it all back

Random Reflections...

I'm just wondering, why on earth I am attempting to graduate with a diploma in biomedical sciences. It's not for me. I have no real interest or discipline to do science. It's utterly monotonous. Whatever knowledge I gained in secondary school is currently eluding me. I can't seem to get into the mood to even want to try. Should have gone to do Law at Temasek. Ah well, what's done is done so I guess I'll have to make the most of it.

Yesterday was great, well, the first part at least. I managed to finally spend one-on-one time with my BEST Friend Raksha!!! It's been months, and somehow out timetables kept clashing. We basically spent the whole day in front of the tv, watching Notre Dame de Paris (the proper french version), and talking about everything that we've missed.

I'm getting irritated by guys. Guys who think they have me in the palm of their hand, guys who think they are all that, and then there are those that say all the right things but never follow through. I mean, there is only so much I'm gonna take. The downside to singledom, not having that warm security net who was always there when I needed him. The one person who would have loved me no matter what. Him, I push away all because I know I cant make him happy the way he deserves. We were too different and he demanded more of me than I could give. Relationships are just complicated, but in so many ways, appealing.

you won me with your words, but your actions push me away.

1st Day of School!!!

I LOOOoooooVVVVvvvvEEEeee the first day of school. I get to see all the lovely people I've missed and didn't see enough of during the holidays. Plus...New Classmates! They're quite cool. My group mates were really fun and on the whole, I think this class is a huge bundle of wild, crazy, and uber cool people.

I saw my darling Alicia, and FINALLY got my Christmas present. Yes, Christmas present. hehehe. She got me a brilliantly pink handbag that totally screams BIMBO!!! (but somehow it seems to suit me...omg) I finally got to have a large cup of my favourite milk tea from the cafe. It totally made me even more hyper. I think I irritated Sam alot since I seemed to have gotten poked alot more than usual. (add a check mark for monday, on to tuesday...) =)

I guess it's a great that I'm actually looking forward to going to school and having a good time. I usually hated having to go to school but I guess it's the people who make the most difference. I dont' know what I'd do without a few special people in my school to make things a whole lot better. The best part is noticing how everyone has changed. No one looks the way they did when they took their photos during matriculation. I really couldnt recognise more than half of my class. Good thing too I guess. I know those pictures were terrible for most. We totally we'rent ready. Hahahaha. I somehow take pleasure in people watching, trying to guess who's a freshman and who's not, lets face it, I'm bad with faces so I probably don't recognise alot of the seniors. Even if they recognise me. The worse part, having someone pass you and say Hi, when you cant figure out who the hell they are and how on earth they know your name. Oh well, PICS...i need more though. (note to self: bring camera to school tomorrow)

Cabbing is verry EExxpeensivveee. Bad bad habit, huh Rox?

BimBO n MinahChiii =)

OI...tring to hide, then make me shake the camera.

Finallyyyy...milk tea is LOVE!

I love his name...Mickey!!! he's adorable.

Class...hahaha...check out the new mates.

Theodoreeeeee

Too huge a jacket...

The Moods of a Woman

An angel of truth and a dream of fiction,
A woman is a bundle of contradiction,
She's afraid of a wasp, will scream at a mouse,
But will tackle a stranger alone in the house.
Sour as vinegar, sweet as a rose,
She'll kiss you one minute, then turn up her nose,
She'll win you in rage, enchant you in silk,
She'll be stronger than brandy, milder than milk,
At times she'll be vengeful, merry and sad,
She'll hate you like poison, and love you like mad.

Rainy Days and Baby Taz

I slept at 4 last night, and even then it felt like I was awake the whole time. Then, at the insistence of ONE particular person...I dragged my tired self all the way to school only to have to wait 2 hours for the monkey. To make things worse, the lunch provided was like s***! Anyway, moved on to causeway in the pouring rain. My jeans and slippers were totally soaked! Urgh!
Saw my darling Fadhillah for awhile and managed to fit in some girl time with her. Which is always good!

Then went to meet SAM...hehehe...who was bored. We walked around causeway like the retards that we are. There was seriously nothing better to do. Someone...i wont say who, *ahem ahem* bought me the cutest little baby TAZ! he's the cutest and I love him to bits. hehehe. Yes yes I'm still a child with childish wants. Easily pleased by the smallest things, but it keeps me happy. I mean if I set my expectations too high then it would be really hard to even make me smile.

Anyway, before bringing in the pics, I want to highlight that the person mentioned in the first paragraph owes me a movie and popcorn for making me wake up early and then ditching me to go see a movie. WAHAHAHAHA. I'm so evil. Maybe, just maybe, i'll buy my own popcorn. =)

It was FLOODED!!! and...
I think he was laughing....i think.

Mr Stylo with his "ahmah" looking umbrella. (giggles)

The funny fella i keep complaining about...=)

I got pissed cause they ditched me for a Movie.

When he talks, they listen, or appear to.

I tried and tried but he refused to show any teeth.

I 've officially decided to buy my own popcorn.

4th April 2007 2.46am

its her logic, its his passion,
its her heart, its his will to pursue

I think this quote is really beautiful. The conversation that led to it was actually one that I put my whole heart into. I went out on limb, so all I can do is wait and see how this unfolds. I promise to expect nothing.

It was my First Time...

Going Clubbing! What were you guys thinking? Seriously, when he asked me last week, I was so nervous, excited, and a little scared at the same time. I had huge problems deciding what to wear, which is very typical of me. Unimportant issues aside, I have to say I had a great time. We went to Zouk, Phuture and Velvet Underground.

It was mambo night at Zouk and I saw alot of different kinds of people. The music was really retro, drinks were absolutely delicious and the place seriously looked amazing. It was hilarious watching some of the guys dancing. they honestly thought they looked hott, or cool or like good even? All I can say is that watching the people makes for an interesting time, aside from the dancing and drinking.

Phuture played the best music, more because I'm a hip hop, RnB fan. My only complaint, the dancefloor was too small and overcrowded. The best part, some retards were just standing there. They we'rent even dancing or moving. Then again, after a certain point there was barely any space to dance. So it was back to Zouk.

Velvet was far from packed. There was tons of free space and no one was dancing at all. From what I was told, it usually is on Wednesdays but still, it was unbelievable. Like one of those dingy pubs in some ulu location. Then again, who am I to talk right, a first-timer making all sorts of critiques. Oh well, one regret, I didnt have my camera! Booooooooo =(

Oh well, there'll be a next time... i hope it's soon.

SAS FOP ROCKED!!!

All the hard work we put in sure as hell didn't go to waste,
The School of Applied Science Freshmen Orientation Program was AWESOME!!!
Credit to the Comm members and leaders who seriously made it work. =)

Being the 5 year-old that I am, I took pleasure in the littlest things like,

1. playing with the walkie-talkie
2. joining in the water war
3. taking naps while waiting for teams to report to me after their amazing race
4. making slime
5. playing with the walkie-talkie
6. jumping into the pool with najibul
7. drinking lots of sparkling juice
8. playing dare with the freshies
9. dancing during the Gala Night post party
10. did I mention playing with the walkie- talkies?

I leave u with a pic from this awesome event and the promise of more pics to come. hehehe.

Letting go of all I've held on to

Lately I find I have alot to say, but whenever I want to let it out, the words never seem to flow. it's so weird how I have so many feelings but I cant seem to voice them, not even to some of my closest friends. I guess I'm just insecure, because I know that there are people I just cant trust. It's like the saying goes, "the walls have ears" and it's true, because no matter what, someone always finds out. I cant go on trusting only myself, because I know someday, I'm going to breakdown, and when I do, there'll be no one who could possible understand. I guess I may be saying a whole lot of utter rubbish, but that's all Ive been getting from some people. People who call the one person who I've hurt only to hurt him more with malicious lies, people who take advantage of what is given to them, and people who seriously have nothing better to do than pick fights. I guess this should sum it up. (Don't bother getting a full explaination)

It broke my heart to let u go
the memories drift still painfully slow,
I lay in wait, as the days went past
wondering when I'd be free at last.

Too soon it seems, i finally found
a touch of comfort in this cold, silent ground
Where I could finally be me, myself and only I.
no one around to hold me down, make me sit, stay, or roll around.

I never felt, such sudden bliss,
this unfamilar comfort, like a windswept kiss
Now I stand for all to see,
An individual, whose head, held up high

reaching out to touch the sky...
